"Dancing is not forbidden in Islam"
This sentence made me think because, according to Muslims, music is forbidden in Islam, but there is no mention of dancing in the Holy Quran.
So if this is the case, you can dance anywhere without music. For me, dance is a symbol of freedom and showing all emotions through the body. You can say nothing, and still you can show the whole concept with your movements.
The combination of dance and mosque, especially dancing on the dome of mosques, can be a symbolic movement that shows human feelings.
